Distribution & indexing
Rules for the distribution of a work before and after its publication in the journal, and the databases that index the journal.
When submitting an article, the author must confirm that it has not been published and has not been accepted for publication in another scientific journal. Articles that authors previously posted on personal or public websites not belonging to other publishers are accepted for review.
When referencing an article published in the journal «Machinery and Equipment for Rural Area», the publisher asks that the citation (including the article's DOI) link to the journal's official website.
Indexing and citation databases
Publications in the journal are included in author and journal citation-index calculation systems. The journal is indexed in the following systems:
RSCI
Russian Science Citation Index — a bibliographic and abstract index implemented as a database that accumulates information about publications by Russian scientists. Developed since 2005 by the Scientific Electronic Library company (elibrary.ru).
AGRIS
International System for Agricultural Science and Technology — an international bibliographic database with over 7.5 million records on agriculture and related disciplines. Administered by the UN FAO; data comes from over 150 institutions in 65 countries.
RSCI (Web of Science)
Russian Science Citation Index — a joint project of Clarivate Analytics and eLIBRARY.RU, a collection of the best Russian journals on the Web of Science platform (777 journals), part of the core of RSCI.
Core of RSCI
Articles from journals included in scientometric databases are indexed: Web of Science, Scopus, Russian Science Citation Index.
Crossref
The official Digital Object Identifier (DOI) registration agency of the international DOI foundation, bringing together publishers of academic content.
