Personal data processing policy
Developed in accordance with Russian Federation legislation on personal data; it defines how data provided by the journal's authors, reviewers and readers is processed.
Purposes of processing personal data
- publishing scientific articles and authors' metadata;
- communicating with authors and reviewers, editorial correspondence;
- sending notifications and informational materials;
- ensuring the security and protection of personal data.
Categories of personal data
The personal data subject to processing includes:
- last name, first name, patronymic;
- e-mail address;
- contact phone number;
- postal address with zip code;
- place of work/study, position;
- academic degree, title (if any);
- identifiers in publication-activity services;
- scientometric index;
- results of publication-activity analysis;
- links to publications in other journals.
Rights of personal-data subjects
- receive information about their personal data;
- request that their personal data be corrected, blocked or destroyed;
- withdraw consent to the processing of their personal data.
Data protection and cross-border transfer
The editorial office takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, or other unlawful actions. Personal data is transferred outside the Russian Federation only with the data subject's consent and in accordance with legal requirements.
