Open-access policy for metadata

The journal «Machinery and Equipment for Rural Area» follows an open-access policy for the metadata of all published materials. Publication metadata is submitted by the editorial office to the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI, elibrary.ru) and to the «Metaphora» information system, and may be freely used for non-commercial scientific and educational purposes provided the source — the journal «Machinery and Equipment for Rural Area» — and the bibliographic details of the specific publication are indicated.

Articles from previous years are available in full text on the journal's website and on elibrary.ru, while articles from the current year are made openly available on the official website immediately after the issue is released, in annotated form including:

• UDC index (on the left);
• article title (uppercase, centered);
• full names of the authors, academic degree, academic title, position, official name of each co-author's organization, address, e-mail;
• abstract (40–50 words), keywords (5–7 words);
• indication of the funding source of the research that resulted in the publication;
• the article text;
• list of cited sources (bibliographic references per GOST R 7.0.5-2008);
• DOI;
• English translation of the title, authors' initials and surnames, abstract and keywords.

Conditions for accessing published works

Access to the full text of the journal's articles from previous years is provided free of charge — users may freely read the full texts of materials after they are published on the journal's website. Access to issues of the current year is provided by subscription through the personal account.

Preserving authorship and correct bibliographic citation is mandatory. Any use of published materials must be accompanied by an indication of the author(s), article title, journal name, year of publication and other required bibliographic details.

Copyright-holder statement

Immediately after publication, the article page in the journal, in eLIBRARY, Crossref and AGRIS displays information establishing who holds the rights: «Copyright to the article belongs to [author's/authors' full name(s)]»; «Exclusive rights to publish it as part of the journal belong to the journal «Machinery and Equipment for Rural Area».

Since the journal operates under an open-access policy, readers may use a work without the consent of the author or other copyright holder and without payment of remuneration, provided the author's name and the source are indicated — quotation in the original and in translation for scholarly, polemical, critical, informational and educational purposes, to the extent justified by the purpose of the quotation, including reproduction of excerpts from articles in the form of press reviews.
